职位描述：
The Commercial Group's scope is legal support for all commercial and regulatory matters involved in manufacturing, marketing, sales, procurement/supply chain, product service and support. Legal support for other areas such human resources and compliance is also within the Group's scope. This paralegal position will support commercial operations in be based in our Shanghai One-site location.
Specific Roles and Individual Functions

? Lead point of contact for all corporate governance matters including appointment of directors, proxies and the like;
? Support commercial sales and service with respect to customer terms review, tender submissions and customer disputes and train on “battle of the forms” process;
? Support the sales channel selection, background investigation and management;
? Draft standard agreements (e.g., confidential disclosure, material transfer, evaluation, and professional services agreements);
? Provide legal review of marketing materials for compliance with FTC truth in advertising
? Train contract administration groups to ensure standard review of key risk areas;
? Presentations to new hires on legal requests process and signature authority
? Maintain databases and department record keeping
Skills/Behaviors
? The successful candidate must use initiative and discretion in accomplishing assignments with minimal supervision, be able to identify, coordinate and optimize resources needed to execute plans and modify goals & plans when needed, and have excellent writing, communication and organizational skills in both Chinese and English. The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, the ability to work with others, and a desire to learn. The successful candidate must be a team player with a "can do" attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. To complement our team, the successful candidate must be energetic, outgoing, self-motivated and constructive in his or her approach, flexible and adaptable to work in a complex, global environment cross functionally and able to build relationships.

Education & Experience
? The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree of Law or the equivalent substantive knowledge and relevant work experience
? PRC Bar Admission.
? Minimum of 3 years professional-level experience, preferably with a global, high technology manufacturer/supplier or equivalent law firm experience, or combination of the two
