岗位职责:

? To assist Marketing Director and Brand Manager in the development and execution of approved marketing plans
? To source appropriate premiums/POS materials for promotional activities, according to brand guidelines, and measure the effectiveness in terms of consumer acceptance
? To negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and make sure to receive the best quality goods
? To work closely with the suppliers and sales offices to ensure communication and promotion materials is well received on time
? To well control the stock of premiums and POS without any wastage and replenish to fulfill the need from the field
? To assist Marketing Director and Brand Manager in preparation of presentation and reports
? To spend sufficient time in the market to understand the minds of trade, consumers and competitors
? To provide input and consumer insight to the development of marketing strategies and promotion ideas
? To collect marketing information, compile and prepare internal reports for decision making purpose
? To employ suitable suppliers in the development of POS materials and premiums
? To conduct analysis on POS usage and constantly tracking A&P commitment and spend

任职资格:

University graduate major in Business/Marketing or equivalent
Good bilingual (English and Chinese mandarin) skills
? Minimum 2 years product management experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods company
? Some sales experience is preferable
