Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：
In charge of indirect purchasing team, including equipment, tool, indirect material, bulidng etc, supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and order follow up of initial


RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：
1. Team leader of equipment purchasing, cooperate with process engineer, testing engineer to source equipment supplier.
2.Compare and analyse the supply condition and price, try to have the most favorable price and condition for company.
3. Collect relative equipments market information, participate to source and audit new potential supplier.
4. Follow process and production technical requirement, participate solution communication.
5. Request the RFQ, analyze the feedbacks, lead to negotiation with supplier and the choice of supplier,
6. Coordinates with cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers in the product development cycle
7. Following status of contract equipments, update latest information to internal customer.
8. Re-action according to quality feed back from using dept, follow suppliers to solve.
9. Follow equipment payment, prepare relative payment documents.
10. Analyzes industries, supply markets and Sourcing best practices
11. Complete work task delegated by higher leader.

Job Requirement岗位要求：
1.Bachelor or above, major in automation or relevant ,familiar with specifications of automation and electronic equipment
2.Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in Purchasing
3.Familiar with purchasing procss, experience in automation
4.Familiar with automation supplier market and technologies relative to the managed business
5. Professional behaviour, good communication and negotiation skill.
6. Good interpersonal skills , strong business sense and team player
7. Good command of English
