服务描述/ Brief description of service:
1) Management Supporting
a) Assist GSG North China Head in review of GSG North expense reports
b) GSG Team meeting booking (dial in, meeting room)
c) GSG Head/Korean Desk & Japan Desk Head travel arrangement
2) Part Timer Management
a) Set up working schedule for each part timer
b) General set up for new part timer in CMP
c) Prepare new part timer ID, submit ID application in NEMS
d) Train part timer to do IS training online
e) Apply monthly payment
3) Admin Support
a) New hire setting up, including prepare equipment (computer, BB, line phone), apply system IDs, prepare seat arrangement.
b) Leave staff termination, check out list.
c) MA rotation setting up
d) Team consolidation (Client gifts, calendar, daily, moon cake, regional present, etc; financial calendar)
e) Quarterly review of GSG common fix assets, including PC and cabinets.
f) Collecting documents for team Head signature
g) Daily TI requests in systems
h) Place purchasing order in P2P
i) Maintaining name card form for future ordering
j) Gifts giving records
k) Team event arrangement, lunch booking.
l) Booking client lunch/dinner venues
m) Booking Bank Car or Vender Car
n) Special Item requests for department, e.g.
o) Clearing up all confidential documents in comment areas at the end of day. Areas include printing room, corridors.

English as working language;
Patience;
Self- driven;
Time management;
Fine with details;
