Position Title : Sr.
Channel SSA Effectiveness Specialist

Business/Function: Distribution Management 渠道管理部

Reporting to :
          Distribution Associate project
manager, China

Job Location : Shanghai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·
Support
DM associate Project manager to design and period SSA service fee review;
Conduct the SSA management project with DM Team and champion the SSA operation
performance/ effectiveness improvement.

·
Understand
and mine the data analysis need focus on channel SSA effectiveness and review
the monthly/quarterly service performance report and help to optimize channel SSA
structure and effectiveness of BU commercial.

·
Work
with DM RC team on distributor SSA selection, distributor/SSA on boarding,
distributor termination to ensure the compliance of the process

·
Work
with business commercial team to set up SSA commercial policy and monitor SSA
incentive release quarterly

·
Other
commercial operation work such as making authorization, collecting and contracts
Review.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·
University
degree: advance degree a plus

·
At
least 2 years working experience in audit firm/consultant firm

·
Strong
analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from data
analysis.

·
Basic
knowledge / experience of the local health-care network and government agencies.

·
Highest
Ethical standards and judgment ability

·
Strong
negotiation willing and skill

·
A
positive “can-do” attitude

·
Fluent
in English, Good PC skill.
