Position Description:
Administrator:
Become a member of a dynamic and versatile globalization team to play an important role on supporting global IT solution for a leading global PC supplier. As part of this team, you will be exposed to the cutting edge of best in class technology and solution deployment support for SAP applications like SAP CRM/ECC/SRM/BW/BI/GTS, I2 Planning, JDA eCom and other industrial leading application systems. 7*24 in house global IT support is required.
Successful candidate will be able to manage day to day trouble shooting of Biz user application issues and leverage personal ability to improve corporate core application performance. Beside, candidate will have opportunity joining small project and Biz function change/enhancement implementation. Strong communication skills will be the key to success; You will have to work with the business team on understanding the system enhancement requirement while trouble shooting the system issues.
This role contributes to the success of the Lenovo biz by supporting a platform that allows us to provide exceptional levels of service whilst greatly improving the overall efficiency of the operation. You will have opportunity to work with Lenovo talents all over the world.
Responsibilities:
1. Engagement with global business team to collect, refine and document system operation issues. Fix issues within the SLA.
2. Support Big Release Post Production Support with Project team.
3. Investigate frequently occurred system issues and be able to lead Problem implementation to make system stability.
4. Implement SR (Service Requirement). Collaborate with Development, System Integration team to test, debug, and troubleshoot issues found.
5. Participate and implement projects. Refine requirements from business process to create IT solution design. Deliverables incl. Biz requirement blueprint, solution design doc, and Function Specs.
6. Provide Key user training.
7. Oversea on site key user support for certain period may be required.
Position Requirements:
1. This position required to be located in BJ/CD.
2. Bachelor Degree or above, candidate w/oversea education/working experiences is preferred
3. Quick Learner, able to learn new technology and know how to use it in the daily work within a short time period.
4. Open minded and business oriented. Good English skill in both oral and written is a must. Daily work requires attending meetings/presentation in English.
5. Excellent communication skills. Proactive communication with Biz users and other IT colleagues
6. Good at MS office application, especially content presentation.
7. Good team work capability. Be able to work under big pressure, and 2nd shift is required.
