Purpose:

Support and implement the learning and development activities to improve and enhance
the skills and performance of employees in order to meet the operational needs as well
as the organization development

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze the learning and development needs of the organization and the employees. Support in developing and delivering relevant programs and activities to meet such needs
Support in sourcing, selection, and monitoring of external vendors to ensure the learning and development activities are conducted in an efficient and cost-effective way
Advise line managers and employees of the appropriate learning and development activities that meet the individual needs
Support in building up people development platform and conduct relative projects to maximimun talents' competence
Support in performance management issues, responsible for Performance System to conduct Target Setting and annual performance appraisal work
Compiles training manuals, handbooks, and other materials needed for the programs
Conduct proper training evaluation and measure the post-learning effectiveness. Prepare analytical reports to support management decision and future actions

Job Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably with major in Human Resources or related discipline
6-7 years of experience in Human Resources, at least 4 years of which as learning and development specialist
Good communication and presentation skills
Good in planning and well-organized
Detail-oriented. Strong in execution
Able to prepare presentation materials and analytical reports independently
Proficiency in English, good command of Powerpoint software
