职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead day to day communication with customers, perform daily integration of customer requirement with EDI / WEBEDI/ Others, respond to questionnaires/ request of information in timeous manner
2. Conduct demand critical analysis to secure consistent planning and address deviation with the customer
3. Define rolling Master Production Plan based on production capacity, taking into account firm orders, demand forecast, Inventory, in alignment with S&OP decision
4. Elaborate Leveled Production plan and ensure alignment with other key functions ( Production, Maintenance and Materials Planning) and Plant Management validation
5. Track and measure Master Production Schedule consistency towards S&OP and Production execution through adherence rates
6. Identify gaps in timely manner and work out contingencies with required functions Support S&OP process meetings to review service levels, performance, inventory strategy, customer deliveries and resources plan
7. Delivery reconciliation with customer
8. Coordinate Phase out and Engineering Change Request to minimize obsolete
9. Tasks assigned by superior

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
1. From Bachelor degree to Master Degree in Supply Chain/ Produc-tion/Engineering or any other relevant industrial field

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
