职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance plan in tools area, monitoring the implement status and analyzing the PM result.
2. Support tool related issues for new projects.
3. Responsible for tool technology issue repair and modification.
4. Executing of PM as per the plan & recording the data in the check sheets.
5. Set up and update the tool daily check and preventive maintenance plan.
6. Provide technical support to tooling maintenance technician.
7. Breakdown analyzing using fishbone diagram, Plato, and identifies the permanent corrective action.
8. To identify the critical spare parts list, update in the spare parts stock level in the register at stores after consuming spares for PM &Breakdown.
9. Make regular checks that the procedures for locking tools correctly in place are being followed; set up a periodic TPM activity to audit locking fixtures and bolts
10. Continuous improvement of tools and tool related issues.
11. Monitor the full and accurate input of all tooling information by tool technicians
12. Support tool related issues for the engineering change.
13. Maintenance tooling technology training, to reduce repair time.
14. Identify, prioritize and allocate resources to corrective maintenance actions and follow up to ensure completion
15. Responsible tooling maintenance management on site, ensure mold lifetime.
16. Responsible for making mold standard operator instruction.
17. Follow up tooling pulse welding repair and CO2 cleaning plan.
 
Main Qualifications:
1. College degree or above majored in tooling design and repair.
2. 3 years mold repair experience in auto industry.
3. Familiar with mold repair method metallic material process technology
4. Good capability in reading technical English, Email writing and reading.
5. Strong PC skills and CAD UG experience.
6. Familiar with press tooling and its design
