职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. 作为Key user操作公司ERP系统有关生产部的部分，并负责对部门内需要使用系统的User进行培训，指导日常的系统操作工作
As Key user operating company ERP system related to the production of parts, responsible for training the other users within the department, guide the daily system operation
2. 按照部门KPI的各项指标要求，编制标准化文件来收集、记录、统计、分析、KPI所需的基础数据，得到结果，并组织讨论和分析未达成原因和改善措施，这些数据也会应用到人员的绩效考核管理内容当中；每月需提交质量部有关KPI的汇总数据；定期将生产数据汇总统计，将结果汇报给部门经理和生产主管，并指出问题点所在，帮助及时采取改善措施
According to the department KPI requirements, standardized documents to collect, record, calculate , analysis the basic data of production which needed for getting KPI results, and organize the discussion and analysis the root cause and improvement measures, the data will be applied to the staff performance assessment and evaluation, submitted the monthly results to quality management department and report to the KPI system; collect the production data statistics regularly, will report the results to the department manager and production supervisor, and points out some problem, help taking corrective action on time
3. 收集和管理生产部各类记录文件，并对其进行分类、归档、保存
Collect and manage the production of various kinds of records, and do the classification, archiving and preservation
4. 部门费用单据报销收集、审核、递交审批；
Department expense reimbursement documents collection, review and submit for approval
5. 部门人员出勤统计和数据审核
Department staff attendance statistics and data auditing;
6. 新员工和离职员工的信息处理
New employees and Separated employees register and record created.
7. OPEX相关的清单表单制作、数据输入、数据整理、包括车间使用的辅料和劳保用品统计、管理及分发
OPEX related listing form to make statistics, data input, data sorting, and control , distribute production substance and PPE
8. 其他生产相关的数据统计汇总审核
Other related audit data statistic summary
9. 服从上级安排的其他工作
Obey the other tasks assigned by superiors

Main Qualifications:
1. 本科以上学历，工商管理专业尤佳
College degree or above; business administration is preferred
2. 3年以上生产管理相关工作经验，有生产计划或者生产统计工作经验者优先考虑；
More than 3 years production management experience, has a production planning experience or production statistic experience is preferred;
3. 熟练使用Office软件，特别精通Excel制表、函数使用者优先考虑；
Familiar with Office software, particularly proficient in Excel tabulation, functions is preferred
4. 有使用过ERP系统的工作经验；
Have used ERP system working experience;
5. 有较好的沟通能力和协调能力，对数据有较强的分析能力，对待数据认真负责；
Have good communication and coordination ability, has strong ability of analysis to the data, treat serious and responsible data； 举报 分享
