职位描述：
？Plan and oversee delivery of the marketing calendar and individual campaigns.
？Manage 4 major retail campaigns yearly within fix budget (4,500,000), to ensure the direction & strategic dialing up with COSTA brand vision.
？Develop and maintain brand consistency across different touch points and channels while innovating on delivery message and methodology
？Own, manage and develop relationships with key agencies and suppliers; ensure deliverables are on brand, on time, and impactful; this can include artwork, copy review as well as project and resource management
？Support retail commercial director in business planning process and shaping of marketing strategy for business opportunity.
？Work collaboratively with our digital, CRM, PR and B2B functions to ensure that in-store and online campaigns are consistent and/or integrated
？Ensure POS tools and systems are produced and delivered to stores in a timely manner
？Develop campaign guides and briefs for operations teams, deliver regular briefings and updates with operations
？Actively monitor competitors in the marketplace, observe and learn from great practices beyond our industry for inspiration and innovation
？Represent marketing team in regional briefings, cross-functional teams and business-wide projects
？Communicate and engage with both senior and junior members of the Costa team; develop and deliver regular briefings and updates with operations
？Share learnings and best practice with other business units
？Build strong relationships with key functional heads and supporting team members across the China retail business, particularly Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Food, etc.
？Using customer insight, data, and experience, work with a team to create strategic marketing campaigns that are on time, on brand, and impactful
？Demonstrate both commercial acumen as well as understanding of brand objectives 举报 分享
