职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for product mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective buying strategies set by MD head for specialty stores and outlets
？ Assistant for seasonal buy based on product analysis and forecast
？ Analyze sales performance
？ Provide product training and fashion trend information to the front-line associates, collaborate with store team to refine knowledge of customer needs
？ Delivery management to receive right product on time
？ Inventory control to manage the right level by store
？ Product analysis by week, month, season & year & forecast for order
？ Supervising VMD to maintain the VMD strategy by Kate Spade China.
？ Manage the store status including maintenance
Job Requirement:
？ BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA, preferred but not conditional
？ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a fashion industry (imported luxury brand)
？ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
？ Analytical and numerical talent in a business environment
？ Self-drive and motivation
？ Excellent time management and communication skills
？ Advance PC skill
？ Flexible mind & team work
