Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Time % Summary of Major Duties:
1. 60% Achieve sales plan and market share targets/deliver merchandising and customer/distributor KPIs.
2. 20% Leverage position and national distributor to achieve significant level of modern account penetration to deliver results.
3. 10% Effective utilization of company resources and tools (people, trade, customer marketing) To drive profitable sales results with key accounts.
4. 10% Develop, coach and lead continuous improvement of sales capabilities of regional sales team and national distributor.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

? Persuasive executor who gets things done
? Demanding on his team to achieve results through meticulous follow-up - relentless

Leadership/Managerial Skills
Must be a strong self-starter, highly devoted attitude & willing to take-up extra workload within a lean/small team structure
Polished interpersonal skills & able to work-well with people at all levels in the organization, particularly in sales & marketing related functions
Good teamwork capability with high integrity; willing to provide coaching/on-the-job training to the team members
Innovative/creative thinking needed.
Education: University degree or above
Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales management, extensive experience managing sales organizations, traditional trade customers and distributor-based selling models. Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in China context, worked in other MNCs before and minimum 3 years experience with FMCG industry.
