Responsibilities includes:
？Communicate with internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specification
？Requirement analysis on processes, data structures and analytical methods (data mining, machine learning, AI etc.)
？Data extraction and integration as well as preparation of structured and unstructured data from inside and outside
？Qualitative and quantitative analysis of data to identify hidden pattern or systematical risks
？Visualization of complex data and analytical results using modern data visualization tool like Tableau
？First experience in consumer and customer centric data analysis
？Self-dependent execution and management of analytical projects
We are looking for:
？Quantitative Bachelor degrees or above from universities (economics, mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, operational research, financial engineering etc.)
？Above 2 years’ data analytics related work experience in similar industry
？Enjoyment of dealing with changing and complex analytical questions in concrete use cases as an in-house consultant
？Comprehensive computer skills with experience and knowledge of database
and statistical software and experience on the processing of larger structured and unstructured data pool, ideally utilizing big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
？Interest in conventional and strategical work and projects
？Good understanding of architecture, compliance and security
？Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
？Good people skills, team orientation, quality-oriented, highly committed and professional
