职位描述：
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Support China Benefit projects, e.g, Flexible Benefits, Commercial Insurance, Medical Check, etc:
- Data support of project analysis
- Coordinate plan design/Implementation
- Support in vendor management
? Support administration work of Sanofi Long Term Incentive plan (Equity Plan)
- Support file preparation of SAFE registration
- Support file preparation of tax registration
- Process monthly payment
- Support implementation of new projects, e.g, ESPP
? Support data analysis and support in key C&B projects required by line manager, such as M&A projects, personal cost budget assumption, etc.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

? Experience in C&B function, experience in benefits and data analysis is highly preferred
? Common understanding of benefits practices in China MNC market
? Experience in equity plan administration will be a valuable plus
? Fluency in written and spoken Chinese & English.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
