职位描述：

Responsible for continuously driving UPS product hardware envolution per requirments and providing technical expertise:

? To serves as a technical provider and executant for product hardware envolution related to quality improvement/product adapation/productivities and componenents obsolescence etc.

? To serves as a single points esclation path for technical issue resolution from field and manufacturing.

? To ensure and sustain product stable and design continuous improvment during the whole products life cycle.

Main responsiblites:

? UPS products hardware designer for products evolution.

? Lead in issue resolving pertaining to electrical/electronic components/firmware etc through 8D step problem solving methodology.

? Technical interface and owner for responsible product globally and provides on the spot system evaluations and customer report to resolved customer problems as escalated by L3 technical team.

? Continuously drives in analyzing and formulating solutions to improve quality.

? Provide the technical expertise report according to requirments and based on returned parts analysis for critical case.

? Product elelectical design adaptation accoriding to marketing requirment and ensure ECOs are implemented through closly work with manufacturing team.

? Provide the technical solution for electrical Components obsolescence and participate in Critical component qualitfication.

? Re-engineering and value engineering introductions to solve product quality issues and improve productivites.

? Firmware related issue invesitigation and resolving by cooperating with WW platform/RD firmware team .

? Actively participates in product transitions and discussions by coordinating to local staff on going activities on new product dev't, and ensuring that all electrical/electronic parts-related issues affecting product transitions are resolved

Compulsory:

? A minimum of 5 years design or product engineering experience gained in AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC power conversion manufacturing environment or similar electronics manufacturing environment

? Experience in 3 Phase uninterruptible power supply greater than 10KVA is a definite advantage

? Experience with basic Firmware knowledage will be a plus

? Experience with project management will be a plus
