Report to: Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
1. Lead 3 brands digital strategy and development, include digital strategy planning, budget management, operation management, and digital capability development.
2. Digital team management, include function of digital marketing, social media, mobile marketing, CRM, client service and omnichannel.
3. Allocate digital marketing budget, set achievable target and make feasible plan to implementation.
4. Manage digital marketing operations, including online media planning, social media content and activities, wechat CRM.
5. Work closely with product marketing, PR, VM, counter operations and e-commerce, ensure all delivered message on all digital channels be consistent with brand requirement.
6. Manage and develop eCRM activities by leveraging latest technique and exploring the opportunity to maximize CRM campaign performance and bring value to business.
7. Vendor management, include day to day contact, regular performance review, negotiation for contract and service quality, competitors intelligence, etc.
8. Work closely with all corporate departments include training, finance, legal, IT, etc. to provide a clear understanding of digital marketing operations and address any issue if needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5 years and above experience of digital marketing related work
3. Proven record for experience of major kinds of digital applications, including media planning, SEM, SEO, mobile, social media, CRM, analytics, omnichannel, etc.
4. Experienced in managing multiples simultaneous projects, involving cross-functional teams, with budget, schedule and resource constraints
5. Solid understanding of Client Relationship Management, Content Management, Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Database Marketing, Relationship Marketing and Internet Technologies
6. Strong business sense, be able to track, measure and evaluate all kinds of digital KPIs, ability to analyze and provide valuable insights
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Self-motivated, actionable, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work
9. Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
