职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with customer and different internal departments to meet customer requirements.
2. Actively participate in achieving corporate and divisional goals and objectives as to quality, cost, profit, return on sales, productivity, and customer service, adherence to budget goals.
3. Work with global team to meet customer requirements.
4. Initiate analysis on returned product for failure mode and report results to the customer.
5. Work with manufacturing facility to assure manufacturability of design.
6. Travel as required to support the customer and to support/develop new opportunities.
7. Communicate the changing needs of the market place to assist in the development of new products and materials.

Job Requirement:
1. Fresh graduates, master degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion related
2. Fluent English company internal communication skill (verbal and written)
3. Quick learner, team player,can work under high pressure
4. Can accept up to 50% domestic travelling (customer sites, production plants)
