职位描述：
Position： Service Assistant/售后助理
Location： Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (江苏省太仓市)
 
Responsibilities:
- 协助部门经理组织、安排公司产品的售后服务和维修管理；
- 负责做好售后服务信息的登记及处理，协助做好产品售后跟踪服务，并定期进行客户满意度调查；
- 负责售后物料在SBO中的申领管理；
- 负责售后备件的报价，定单的处理，及发货的安排；
- 负责售后服务电话的接听、记录及汇总，及时提供客户服务信息；
- 负责建立并完善客户档案、设备档案及服务维修记录；
- 完成公司及部门经理交办的其它事务。
 
Requirements:
- College degree or above in mechanical, management or other related major;
- At least 3 years experience in the related position;
- Detail-oriented, careful, self-motivated and good coordination, problems analysis,
communication skills;
- Microsoft office and basic computer skill proficiency;

- SBO experience or any other equivalent software (SAP,ERP,Kingdee etc.) is necessary;
- Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

- Be able to plan the engineers;
- Be acquainted with knowledge of archive management, be capable of build and manage
the archives.
