Summary:

1/. Monitor e-commerce daily operations for China.

2/. Monitor on-line pre-sales customer service and handle after-sales customer service for China.

Key Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

1/. Monitor e-commerce daily operations for China

? Follow line manager’s instruction to monitor the daily Online Order processing and input daily sales data in NSI system.
? Monitor warehouse for products packing, shipment, prepare shipping label or gift card if needed.
? Ensure all orders are properly delivered.

2/.Coordinate customer service for China

? Follow line manager’s instruction to monitor and train 3rd party customer service team for daily customer enquiries.
? Handle all after sales request from customers, and coordinate with 3rd party for products repairing.
? Help customers to track their parcel and coordinate on resolution of lost parcel cases
? Coordinate exchange and refund flows

? Hard working and able to deal with moving products around and repetitive tasks.
