职位要求：
1. 23-35岁，大专毕业以上，物流管理相关专业。
2. 2年以上国内物流货运管理工作经验；
3. 了解全国各地的城市位置，熟悉物流行业的业务流程和第三方物流运作；
4. 电脑操作熟练，有一定的英语基础，较强的自学和接收能力；
5. 良好的服务意识、较强的沟通、理解能力、心理素质佳、能承受一定的工作压力。
岗位职责：
1. 物流配送、运输过程的监督；
2. 物流信息的跟踪、反馈；处理货物异常情况；
3. 负责物流客诉的前期统计、处理工作；
4. 对物流承运合同的管理与费用结算；
5. 负责每月签收单的追缴，统计日报、月报，更新TMS系统中的货物状态信息，文档的保存；
6. 协助主管开发优秀承运商，供物流运输组使用；
7. 协助主管对承运商的评审。
