Job Outline
This post holder will work in international recruitment and marketing team in Global Engagement Office to develop and implement digital related strategic plans that focus on enhancing UNNC brand exposure to support intra China & global student recruitment.
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably majoring in Business, Information systems, Advertising, Marketing, IT or other related disciplines;
- Excellent English in all aspects – speaking, writing, listening, reading;
- Self-motivated and ability to juggle multiple projects to completion and possess good organization skills;
- Proven IT skills, including using MS Office applications, data management skills;
- Presentation and communication skills;
- Patient and careful, good attention to details;
- Fast learner, takes instruction, and processes information quickly;
- Able to work accurately and to deadlines;
- Able to travel locally and overseas;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, good time management, statistical and organizational skills;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and overtime;
- A strong team player who works collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
- Experience of producing reports and analysing data;
- Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Experience of organising events;
- Awareness of data protection legislation, health and safety and equality and diversity;
- Confident, self-motivated;
- Strong commitment to student services and a belief in the value of higher education;
- Strong customer focus;
- Work independently and proactively within a team.
Desirable
- Master’s degree Qualification;
- Solid experience or knowledge in digital marketing, proficiency in digital media communication and web site administration;
- Experience in higher education recruitment and/or marketing;
- Strong IT management expertise and extensive technical skills;
- Experience of international recruitment in higher education Institution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively manage digital advertising channels to maximize recruitment activities across target markets;
- Schedule content on social media channels on regular basis, based on recruitment cycle;
- Increase social media activity for recruitment events and activities and creative digital strategies to encourage prospective students to apply;
- Develop and implement targeted digital advertising strategy for maximum return of student interest/applications in priority markets for international and domestic post graduate recruitment;
- Design UNNC Global social media strategy that includes regular schedule of monitored channels, and utilization in all GEO activities;
- Liaise with GEO/Admissions & MarComms on effectiveness measures and regular reporting;
- Provide guidance / review of all external communications to potential applicants, ensuring compelling and connected chain of communication;
- Hold regular meetings with internal departments to share and obtain information to assist in realization of targeted online marketing strategic in tandem with existing on-the-ground plans;
- Other duties as assigned.
