? Merchant Planning Analysis
o Analyze & report week-, month-, and season-to-date sales trends relative to LY and Plan
o Provide data driven insights and weekly commentary on product performance at retail level
o Utilize exception based analysis and KPIs (sales, margin and turn) to derive:
? Category Performance & Trends
? Key Item Performance & Trends
? Color Trends
? Door Analysis (productivity, regional trends, volume)
? Regular vs Markdown performance
o Create end-of-season sales recaps to impact future season planning
? Ecom Allocation
o Responsible for merchandise allocation from DC warehouse to Ecom warehouse. Ensure allocations are accurate, timely and well supplied.
o Manage inventory transfer, replenishment & returns based on ecom sales performance.
o Monitor shipment from/to warehouse.
o Generate periodical reporting on sales, stock & shipment status.
? Database Maintenance
o Maintain SI/ST database for all channels on regular basis
o Support data consolidation and analysis for weekly data review meeting
o Coordinate with cross-functional team to support data analysis needs

? Proficiency at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; attention to detail

? Ability to prioritize and organize workload to adhere to product calendar deadlines
? Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative partnerships cross-functionally

Education and/or Experience
? Bachelor’s degree or above (ideally in Business Management)
? 1-2 years experience in planning, buying, replenishment, finance or related field (preferably with a background in apparel and/or footwear retail or wholesale sector), fresh graduate is considered.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel
? Fluent in English
