职位描述：
每日工作 Daily Work
1、根据合同在TIM 系统生成订单，并录入相关订货信息到订货表中。
According to the contract making orders in TIM system, and input the relevant order information to order table.
2、根据出库单编制出库报表，注意产品的库位及相对应编号的单价。
According to the requisition for outbound statements, pay attention to the price and the tool number.
3、根据国外到货通知及发票维护产品在TIM 系统中的价格数量以及到货日期。
Maintain the tools’s price and quantity and delivery date in TIM system according to the OC and invoice.
4、将国外到货单扫描转发给南京的相关同事。
Send the delivery note to Nanjing .
5、将订单以及相关到货单整理好并按序存放在对应的文件夹中。
Various types of relecant information on File.
每周工作 Weekly Work
1、从托管系统中导出数据，并保存在公共盘内。
Export data from TIM system, and kept it in the public disc.
2、根据剩余材质数据编制剩余材质表。
Prepare Regrinding list.
每月工作 Monthly Work
1、统计员工考勤，并将相关资料请领导签字后给人力资源部。
Statistics of staff attendance and send the data to HR Department.
2、核对新刀出库数据。
Check the new tools sales data.
3、采购办公用品。
Purchase office supplies
like Toner cartridge, Paper,
Coffee Beans and
Beverages
4、预定宾馆。
