职位描述：
The Brand Protection Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online brand enforcement strategies in China and other territories of the Asia-Pacific region, and assisting with related brand protection operations in the region.

Responsibilities :
Under the authority of a senior Brand Protection manager:
? Manage daily online monitoring of Asian marketplaces, e-commerce and social media sites
? Issue and follow up on Cease and Desist Notifications to infringers
? Coordinate investigative efforts regarding online sellers
? Track and monitor Brand Protection operations through the company’s internal database and the external vendor’s portal
? Assist marketplaces and local law enforcement/counsel with product authentications
? Provide brand training to local authorities or online marketplaces
? Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the IP department (test purchases, invoicing matters, administrative management, reporting)
          
Requirements :
? University degree
? 4-6 years of working experience in Brand Protection, and especially on online matters
? Read/write/speak Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English fluently ; other Asian languages a plus
? Some light travel in the APAC region may be required
? Must be organized and able to work efficiently and independently 举报 分享
