Basic Function:

Responsible for executing program to increase effectiveness and sales of merchandise for support new counters opening, counters renovation, promotion and new product launch.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assists in item selection, vendor sourcing, development and purchasing of all items.
• Be responsible for counter merchandising, such as preparing merchandising guideline for each counter, briefing to supervisors, and arrange vendor to change the transparency according to campaign launch date, etc.
• Be responsible for SPM local sourcing, cost negotiation and quality control.
• Develop promotion calendar according to marketing calendar, arrange production and monitor the vendor in installation of the podium / out-post.
• Liaises with vendors to ensure the quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.
• Ensures merchandising displays are consistent/relevant in all locations at all times.
• Works closely with marketing manager to develop and execute brand licensing program for merchandise.

Requirements:

• Two years or above experience in visual merchandising of Graphic Design
• With Bachelor's degree, fluency in oral and written English is a must
• Be responsive and creative, but knows how to deal with a brand guidelines. Look into details, with teamwork spirit, and has Marketing basic Knowledge.
