Responsibility:

· System Administration and Development Activities
· Work closely with other administrators on the technical administration, tuning and monitoring of the listed systems
· Provide technical support for the functional and production support
· Ability to focus on conceptual problem solving and in systems analysis through design, coding and testing of solution
· Recommend appropriate computing infrastructure changes to support the implementation of packaged software, which may include installation, environment setup and control, capacity and performance planning and management as it relates to integration architectures and environments.
· Analyze the impact of technical changes, including vendor packages to the existing environment.
· Provide functional and technical leadership in the analysis, decision-making, design, and support phases of application development projects
· Develop and execute effective test plans to ensure quality and stability
Create and maintain documentation for assigned implementations



Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in related field required
· Fluent with business level English both orally and written
· 6-9 years of related experience required
· Supervisory experience preferred
· Strong knowledge in multi-tier application architecture;
· Detailed knowledge of industry standard integration technologies
· A clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services which support applications and users in the organization;
· Experience communicating by phone and face-to-face with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support;
· Able to travel internationally as required
