职位描述
J Responsibility:
Provide timely and efficient support for global TSC teams. The responsible products: PLC (Quantum, M580, M340), Distribute IO (STB, Momentum), Industrial Ethernet, PLC programming software (Unity Pro).
Daily Job:
1. Receive problem reports TSC team (Technical support Center) via internal database or email, communicate with TSC team or customer when the description is not clear.
2. Reproduce the customer issues, identify the root cause and find the solution or workaround of the problems in the laboratory. Supply quick answers to TSC.
3. Report the bugs found in the cases to R&D department.
4. If issues cannot be solved in lab, travel to customer site to investigate the problems and write the visit report for further study.
5. Publish technical information: Resolutions, FAQs, etc.
6. Participate to “new product” projects: attend field tests, reading of pre-versions of product documentation.
7. Keep a high level of product expertise by auto-training and attending internal seminar.
Requirement
1. Deep knowledge and understanding in Automation products and application. Experience in PLC program and field commissioning. Prefer the experience in the following segment: Energy, WWW, MMM, Transportation…
2. Bachelor degree in Automation or related specialty with 3+ years of experience in related industry or Master degree in Automation with projects experience.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
4. Good analysis and problem solving ability, able to solve complicated technical problems independently.
5. Good communication skills, able to understand customer needs and cooperate with R&D team closely. Self-driven and team-work sprit.
6. Good reading, written and oral English ability.
