Major
Responsibilities

l Support
BU for sales planning, including sales opportunity planning, Sales resource
planning & deployment & sales performance management

l Serve
as data management owner for sales operation, including the data of customer,
distributor, product, in-market sales, external market data etc.

l Responsible
to provide reports and analysis on customer/sales/market data, to support SFE
/funnel / marketing analysis.

l Work
closely with commercial teams/distributors to ensure in-market sales data
collection process is followed and data quality meets pre-defined target.

l Responsible
for process documentation, standard operation procedure development, and
training material development, for covered work scope. Provide training and
assistance to users as needed.

l Work
closely with IT team and vendor team to ensure sales operation process runs
well in CRM system, and to implement changes/enhancements following proper
change management process.

l Proactively
seek improvement opportunities on existing practices/processes to better
support business.

Requirements

l Bachelor
degree or above, major in IT/engineering/medical/management is a plus

l Clear

business acumen & analytical mindset/skills

spirit

l Good
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

l Fluent
Chinese and English – both written and oral
