Responsibilities:

1. Take a leadership role to support BUs in achieving profitable & sustainable growth;

2. Assist BU Head & Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the annual operation plan, LRP, Fcst1-3, MOR and other reporting as required;

3. Provide constructive, insightful, and value-added service to BUs, like constructing financial models to assist in business decision, and evaluating various business initiatives;

4. Provide reliable, easy, timely intelligent report including KPI, measure & analyze drivers, call for business alerts, provide recommendation for actions to take, and drive for implementation;

5. Play a key role in pricing management, including tender price, value chain management;

6. Assist in distribution management & commercial operation;

7. Other tasks or assignment when required.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or economic related;

2. Minimum 8-years' working experiences in multi-national company finance department;

3. Be familiar with IFRS and Chinese GAAP;

4. Possess very strong business accumen;

5. Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working, passion to work, and able to work under pressure with multi-task;

6. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, being influential & assertive;

7. Good English skills, fluent in both written & spoken, with good presentation skills;

Strong computer & data processing skill, and rich knowledge with operational system, such as JDE, Hyperion, etc.
