Responsible for Finance, HR and Admin related work in Changsha offices 负责长沙办公室财务、人事及行政相关工作
Finance财务:
- Independently handle full sets of account include AP/AR/GL/Revenue Recognition独立管理长沙分公司账务包括应收/应付/总账/收入确认等
- Sales Contract management and Sales Performance / commission calculation负责销售合同管理和销售绩效评估/佣金计算
- Responsible for Changsha branch month/quarter/year end closing and related corporate reporting 负责长沙分公司财务结账工作和相关的公司报告
- Tax filing requirement with local tax bureau 负责长沙分公司税务工作
- Assist for External/Internal Audit 支持外/内部审计工作
Human Resources / People人事:
- Conduct the recruitment support for branch office, including necessary CV screening, interview arrangement etc.支持长沙分公司招聘工作,包括简历筛选、面试安排等
- Support on On-board and Exit process in Branch office 支持入离职流程及手续办理
- Other HR related work 其他人事相关工作
Administration行政:
- Other finance related work 其他财务相关工作
- Other Admin related work 其他行政相关工作
职位要求:
- Major in business, accounting or finance. 本科学历,商务、会计或财务相关专业优先
- Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience in a multinational company. 2年以上相关工作经验
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 良好的分析能力及解决问题能力
- Familiar with accounting system, especially for Oracle. 熟悉财务系统,尤其是Oracle系统
- Certificate of Accounting Professional. 具有会计从业资格证书
- Proficient in English, with excellent reading and writing skills. 良好的英语能力
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a good team player at the same time. 具有较好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
- Ability to cope with work pressure, independent and conscientious, handle multi-tasks concurrently but still manage to meet tight business deadlines. 一定的抗压能力,并能独立按时完成工作
