职位描述：
Main tasks:
? Online training platform maintenance
o Maintain LD trainee account (open and terminate, authorization and permission, course assignment)
o Maintain online curriculum setup
o Assist trainers to upload online training material/courseware
o Help make training platform decoration
o Coordinate with courseware vendor and help make courseware if necessary
? Face to face training coordination
o Coordinate and confirm schedule/content with trainers
o Publish training session information
o Organize pre-training test online and review trainee registration
o Onsite coordination including site reservation and other facilitations
? Train the trainer facilitation
o Coordinate with HR team to facilitate train the trainer session including trainee confirmation/ site reservation/ other administrative task
? Course design follow up
o Pursue training material completion
o Organize material review workshop/pilot training session
? Dealer training result review
o Monitor and analyze training effect on LD level
o Assist to design incentive plan/LD evaluation system integrating Dealer University
o Distribute exam result report to LD owner
o Consolidate evaluation on Grundfos trainer and courses for future improvement
? Other tasks as line manager assigned

Education and Training:

? Bachelor degree

Experiences:
? Practical experience in online and face to face training coordination. Preferably within industrial sectors

Professional competences:

? Ability to coordinate with members from different functions
? Ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks
? Ability to effectively facilitate training requirement
? Fluency in Chinese and English required
? Knowledge or experience in website making is preferred 举报 分享
