Job Requirement

1. 年龄25-35周岁，男，大专以上学历，汽车或相关专业/25-35 years old, male, junior college, majored in auto or related field
2. 三年以上汽车救援、汽车服务或驾驶服务、汽车俱乐部相关工作经验/At least 3 years' experience of roadside assistance, auto service or driving service, auto club, etc.
3. 驾驶及汽车维修技术纯熟，并可对他人驾驶及维修技术进行评估/Perfect on driving and auto repair skill, be able to evaluate others
4. 相关证书：驾驶证（C照五年以上）、汽车维修技师等/Certificate: driving license (at least C over 5 years), technician

工作描述
Job Description

1. 线上对客户车辆故障进行分析，提供解决方案。Analyze the cause of vehicle breakdown and provide the solution on phone.
2. 现场服务实施，搜集客户意见并改善流程。Implement field services by order to collect the opinion from clients and improve the procedures.
3. 制作并整理汽车救援或驾驶技术培训资源、宣传册、演示文档及其他相关资料。Make and file roadside assistance or driving training materials, booklet, PPT and other related documents.
4. 现场或远程培训供应商与内部员工。Train and guide suppliers, internal staff on site or remotely.
5. 招聘现场服务人员。Recruit full-time or part-time field service staff.
6. 按照一定要求选择公司或人员作为服务供应商。Select and hire the companies and persons authorized to render services on behalf of the company based on operational requirements.
7. 录入并更新供应商数据库，保证呼叫中心在所有时刻得到最新信息。Load and update the provider database so that call center has updated data at all times.
8. 服务供应商合同、相关文件存档，服务单据、资料、证件和物品等发放。File contracts and documents related to providers as well as send service forms, materials, claims and other goods.
9. 建立、调整和维护公司与服务供应商之间的关系。Establish, regulate and maintain relations between the company and its providers.
10. 审核部门员工因服务供应商产生的客户投诉或潜在问题的处理结果。Audit any incidents and claims reported to the providers while rendering services handled by staff.
11. 管理已有服务供应商网络来确保其服务质量。Manage existing provider network to control the quality of the services rendered.
12. 对服务供应商网络实施统一的服务质量标准。Implement service quality standards in the network of providers.
13. 定期提交工作计划、实施、评估等上级要求的报告。Hand in work reports required by supervisors regularly.
14. 完成上级交代的其他任务。Achieve other tasks delegated by supervisor.
15. 对部门经理负责。Be responsible to Supplier Manager.
