On-site HR executive (Store Operation)

外派人力资源助理主管（大型服装零售业务）

Responsibilities: Assist HR Manage handle staffing operations work.

Recruitment (50%)

-Support on new store opening recruitment via CV selection, tel. interview etc.

-Support on existing store recruitment needs.

-Develop and maintain recruitment channels and tools for different functional staff.

-Participate and organizing in face-to-face interview or recruitment event.

-Involving in store headcount controlling

Daily support (30%)

-Track and report key information / data on staffing issues, turnover trends, market compensation data and employee relations issues.

-Update Org. Chart & maintain talent pool

-Communicate with Store managers to collect related feedback or recruitment needs.

Other HR project (20%)

-Involving in other HR projects for store operation including in MT selection.

Profile:

-University Degree. At least 3 years working experience in recruitment management in retail industry or recruitment consulting industry

-Knowledge of Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook, knowledge of HR system will be preferred.

-Dynamic, responsible with strong communicate skills, fast leaner.

-Good in English and Mandarin.

Labor Contract & Training arrangement:

-It’s an on-site HR role, work for C&A at least 1 year.

-"Research Consulting", the famous consultant company will prepare the labor contract for you.

-In-house HR opportunity will be offered for you after at least 1year according to your work performance and competency and company’s business development.

-It’s possible that C&A will require you to take training in Shanghai around 3-6 months.
