本科毕业，植保专业或相关农学专业教育背景 ；
2－3年种子或农药销售相关工作经验者优先考虑；

信息收集、整理及分析能力

Accountabilities

? Manage sales and marketing for flower control, flower seeds and growing media
? Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets
? Support Marketing manager and business manager to make business development strategy and business plan
? Lead local distributors to reach sales target
? Forecast management and coordinating with supply chain to reach short and long term sales target
? Coordinating with flower technical manager to make product development plan in different key market


Critical knowledge

? Good sales and marketing knowledge and skills
? Above 4 years experience on agribusiness, ornamental sales will be a plus
? Field working and grower approach will be a plus
Critical experience

? Good communication and distributors management skills
? Good understanding for agriculture industry
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

? Basic agriculture knowledge, ornamental technical knowledge will be a plus
? Good written and oral English skills
Critical leadership capabilities

? Good business insight and skills of coaching distributors
