Responsibility
1) Assist Senior Manager - Employee Communication & Stewardship, K&B Group to engage and work with a variety of HR professionals across the region and external organization/NGOs/vendors to drive employee communication, stewardship and share best practices at a group level.
2) Assist the manager in designing/identifying stewardship projects and programs which enhance our brand and support talent attraction & recruitment, engagement & retention
3) Assist the manager in identifying NGO/association/university partners for stewardship programs
4) Work with each region to prepare quarterly stewardship report to be sent to associates worldwide
5) Work with Marcom team to drive stewardship communication through different channels including but not limited to social media, mykohler, Kohler magazine, video etc
6) Work with each region/division to create system/platform which drives communication, collaboration, recognition and innovation.
7) Track the Engagement Survey result and the implementation of action plans. Work with Engagement COE to provide analysis on strength, opportunity to all the 5 regions including Asia Pacific, America, EMEA, China, India and 2 divisions including Global Vitreous and Global Faucet.
8) Track stewardship/communication activities and initiatives and work with Regional HRD/HR managers to ensure different voices can be heard and best practice can be shared
9) Support the manager in carrying our HR initiatives or projects which drive company culture or improve HR efficiency and information management.
Requirement
1) Bachelor or above degree in communication, marketing related field is preferred.
2) 5 years’ experience in employee communication, CSR or marketing communication in multinational companies is preferred
3) Good communicative and interpersonal skills are a must.
4) Good command of Photoshop and other Graphic Process software is preferred
5) Excellent in both English and Chinese writing.
