Process Supervisor工艺主管

欧美知名化工公司因业务需求新招职位

 

职位描述：

Build and follow-up efficiency actions to reduce product cost.

1.Deploy efficiency good practices to applicable plants.

2.Perform efficiency evaluate to identify potential efficiency opportunities.

3.Develop technical solutions to resolve the efficiency problems from OCC and plant

4.Build efficiency projects to be deployed and follow-up.

5.Build efficiency criteria, KPIs, benchmark and methodology for the efficiency projects for OCC and plant monitoring

6.Write good efficiency practices for share.

7.Efficiency target, plan and report.

8.Efficiency site audit/visit.

 

Perform trouble-shooting to plants

1.Operation data analysis to diagnose the reason of plant failure/shutdown.

2.Analyze the operating deviation with design and normal to find the reason and solutions.

3.Validate RCA of facility stop incident and improvement actions.

4.On-site operating for special case operation.

5.Lessons and learns summarization for share

Technical validation and knowledge deliver

1.Technical validate MOC from plants

2.GT audit

3.P&ID review

4.Answer technical questions from plants

5.Plant operating SOP review and validation

6.Write technical document

 

Technical coaching and people development

1.Technical training especially for the new plants

2.Evaluate potential people and assign tasks to him/her for career development

3.Be mentor for the people in the TCL pool

 

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree

2.Major in Chemical engineering; Cryogenic; Coal chemical engineering;
