Responsibilities:
In charge PP product business development in Asia-Pacific
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Responsible for the performance and development of Distributing Partners, Key Account and Target Accounts
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives by identifying, developing and calling on prospective customers
Providing technical and administrative product information, seminars and quotes
Arranging and liaising with local distributors to facilitate customer purchases of products and services
Conduct territory development and growth activities to enhance Company’s visibility and business
Define & deploy the regional ethnic sales and distribution plan in accordance with targets
Lead, develop and motivate a regional team to meet the objectives for merchandising and promotions
Identify key sub distributors supplied by distributor and set up customer data base
Manage and report on a weekly basis customer connections, top up profiles and spend using customer analysis tool
Effective management of company finances through debt management, credit risk assessment of new distribution partners
Requirement:
B.S.
More than 8 years sales or technical experience in PP compound industry
Strong technical background for PP compound
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team selling environment
Very good in cross communication
Passion, responsible, mature, stable
Fluent in English
Remark: work location is very flexible, home office in leading cities in Asia-Pacific
