1. 职位概述
Job Summary
设施工程师全职入住客户现场并领导相关团队或在上级领导下履行合同要求的服务内容，负责项目技术维护计划的实施，满足客户期望。同时，为团队其他成员提供专业技术指导。
The Facility Engineer is deployed fulltime on site and leads their team or under a general instruction from superior to fulfill contractual obligations, responsible for the implementation and performance management of activities in the site maintenance plan to meet customers’ expectations. Provide training or coaching for other team members on professional skills or knowledge.

？ 8年以上设施维护维修管理或相关工作经验
8 years and above working experience in facility maintenance management or related field
？ 5年或以上高压站运行管理经验
5 years or above working experience in 35KV HV station operation and management.
？ 专业技能
Professional skills
？ 熟悉并能够根据设计蓝图开展工作
Be able to read and work with blueprints
？ 熟悉预防性/预测性维护及计算机化维护管理系统
Knowledge and experienced in Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
？ 熟悉机电及控制的原理及维修保养方法
Understand theory of electromechanical and automation, Knowledge in preventive maintenance tasks execution on electromechanical equipment and general supervision skill
？ 故障分析及排除能力
Failure analysis and eliminate ability
