职位描述：
Position Summary:
Work for APAC ID COE on indirect material Sourcing/Purchasing:
This buying position works independently to achieve the service satisfaction, saving and efficiency goals.
Independent day-to-day procurement operation, effectively communicate with stakeholder and supplier, manage the close loop of sourcing, procurement and fulfillment.
Fully Comply with the COE policies/rules/guidelines/processes and take new assignment expectations.
Work collaboratively with COE organization and stakeholder to implement world class procurement strategies
Drive savings using e-Auctions.
Be an individual contributor who based on the performance can be expelling in the procurement function
Place Purchase Order (PO) in SAP, oracle etc MRP system and release the PO to vendors according to the Purchase Requisition (PR) and quotation documents. Provide weekly and monthly order status to sourcing team
Purchasing Order On Time delivery and satisfy Service Level and Quality to Site/Plant ,
Handle invoice process and communicate with finance and vendors to solve the dispute about invoice errors
Mange contract documents and file contracts in system timely
Spot Sourcing Capability for MRO/Facility/Professional Service indirect etc
Per requests, take indirect sourcing roles after training

Site Functions - Seek CM GUIDEANCE on Leveraging Opportunities

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ):
5 plus years IndirectSourcing/Buying experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Material/Chemical PreferredChemical background and working experience Preferred
SAP is a Must
High English speaking and writing fluency is a Must
Good communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated knowledge in the sourcing of Indirect (MRO) materials and services Preferred -Strong experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts Preferred
Cross function knowledge is also preferred (Direct material, planning, material management, manufacturing, logistics, etc)
Procurement experience is helpful to understand procurement procedure and scorecard metrics Preferred -Supply chain operation related experience which is not must but can ensure execution success Preferred
