职位描述：
1. Job Summary
There is a need for the APL Logistics’ North Asia Region to have a deployment manager for the deployment and ongoing support of the continuous improvement program across all LOB’s.

Scope and Accountability
- Develop and manage a deployment plan for the continuous improvement program for the North Asia region for APL Logistics across all LOB’s.
- Coordinate and consolidate project activities from project teams in the region for regular reporting each period and track progress of the region against the region’s targets for the year.
- Facilitate training workshops in the region to train practitioners on the various improvement methodologies utilized in the program.
- Develop and deploy implementation of continuous improvement plan in the North Asia Region for all Logistics LOB’s including facilitation of ACI training workshops and ongoing mentorship of practitioners
- Consolidation and monitoring of reporting from region on targeted and actual benefits from improvement and cost cutting projects on a regular period basis.
- Train and support practitioners in the region on the use of the project tracking tool utilized by the program.
- Coordinate communications into the region for ongoing developments in the program including items such as newsletters and external communications for marketing purposes
- Support the maintenance and evolvement of training materials and templates used in the program.
- Lead and implement a process improvement project within the region or within the corporate environment
- Continued development of skills in process improvement tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
Bachelor degree

2. Experiences
8-10 years of relevant Logistics experience

3. Competency
- Must have working experience practicing Lean tools in the workplace
- Must be able to work independently & lead collaborative efforts
- Understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Actively engage in change management.
- High level of inquisitiveness.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, Power Point., Access, and Visio
- Teamwork - showing a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Able to communicate internally & present concepts clearly
- Demonstrate high levels of Integrity & commitment
- Innovation - bringing creativity to the workplace.
- Customer Focus - achieving Company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus both internally and externally
- Must be adaptable to change
- Must have high degree to organization, planning & time management skills
