POSITION OBJECTIVE:

In charge of credit control of ITS China. Working closely with Commercial team and other related department to facilitate revenue growth as well as cash flow.
Improve country credit process and ensure the implementation under IR credit policy
Lead the team to be responsible for the daily operation of credit management (e.g. customer credit limit assessment, contract review, customer payment application, Credit review & risk analysis) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles
Handle credit blocks, lead collection team communicate with sales/customers for outstanding & overdue collection and dun customers according to the credit policy
Keep close relationship with Banks for treasury services, find opportunities of AR Factoring / Discounting if needed.
Lead the team to achieve the required target.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead credit team to manage ITS China credit risk through proper establishment of customer credit limit / payment term / risk category; strengthening credit related internal controls; regular review of customer credit performance and risk.
Continually improve Credit related processes and term policies.
To initiate actions to collect accounts receivable in a timely and professional manner and take initiative to expedite resolution of various internal operation units to remove collection obstacles and to create customer satisfaction. On-going portfolio risk analysis and focused efforts in managing past dues as well as minimizing bad debts;
Be responsible for ITS China monthly AR balance/Bad debt expense forecast; as well as the AR forecast for AOP.
To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual or ad hoc AR status reports as per sector, business units and corporate requirements timely and with good quality.
Organize and supervise staff within the team in the credit review and collection process. Drive team people development process, improve overall team performance level.
Work closely with BU as well as customers to identify growth initiative opportunities. Apply credit knowledge to support profitable business growth. Provide credit consultation / conduct internal credit training to ITS China organization.
Be responsible for finding opportunities on AR factoring/discounting per Company's needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or Higher in Accounting , Finance or relate field
Strong Financial analysis and Computer literate
Strong business sense prefer to have experience on milestone business project
At least 5-8 years experience in Credit & Collection, at least 3 years be country credit and collection manager, Bank lending.
Having some experience or knowledge of litigation procedure are preferable.
English Proficiency both written and spoken
Willing to travel
Good communication skill
