Responsibilities

1.HR services

Partner with business to identify and execute specific HR initiatives, including :

• Workforce planning, staffing including candidate screening and interviews, offer process (esp for B3 and below), new employee on boarding and employee separation process
• Responsible and execution for C&B activities including payroll, time & attendance, compensation programs, government related benefits programs as well as company provided benefits programs etc.
• Provide support on learning strategy and talent management
• Enhance good employee relationship, responsible for PER project
• Responsible and execution for internal & external communication strategies
• Ensure compliance of all related records, policies and procedures
• Support HSE, PSM, HOS deployment, take lead on the owned elements to ensure effectiveness
• Provide accurate HR metrics and reports timely
• P-file management

2.HR COE

• Develop effective recruitment channels / approaches to improve hiring efficiency
• Support on MRR, GCP and HPD programs
• Drive performance culture through right R&R programs
• Ensure all compliance of procedures, policies and processes

3.Employee Engagement

• Drive social club to organize employee activities and maintain positive employee relations
• Take lead to ensure communication effectiveness and team work culture

Requirements

- Bachelor degree and above, major in Human Resources Management or related

- Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience; 3 years in manufacturing plant; at least 3 years in multinational companies (Fortune 500)

- Fluent English and good communication both to manager and workers

- Familiar with China labor law and good at employee relations

- Work under pressures

- Strong analytical skills

- Thorough knowledge of core human resource functions

- Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks with leadership potential

- Strong relationship management experience and skills

- Project management experience and skill

- Strong communication skill and influencing skill

- Demonstrated can-do attitude, quick learning and willing to take challenge
