Finance Manager China
Location: Shanghai, China
Function: Finance
Reports To: Finance Head, AP

Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the China region‘s accounting, financial analysis, financial data integrity, internal control and compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance function with strong focus on internal control
- Provide financial analysis and commercial advice to AP leadership and country manager
- Responsible for all local compliance issues, ie, VAT return, Income Tax return, employee benefits, Statutory accounts and audit as well as US GAAP
- Must ensure compliance to accounting policy and procedures
- Preparation and analysis of Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flows and Statutory Reporting
- Review results with operations; Corporate Request for data to fulfill external reporting requirements
- Meet tight deadlines for reporting requirements


Qualifications:

- Overall relevant work experience 8+ years in Accounting and Finance
- Sound understanding of accounting and reporting environment for a multinational group, including transfer pricing, complex funds flows, and audit.
- Hands on skills in accounting, Finance management and Financial Analysis.
- Have a CPA or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills: fluency in both oral and written English, experience in working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner.
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
- High integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
