- Spreadsheet MAD
- Send PRE-ALERT email to Shops and Forwarder
- Send SUMMARY LIST to Logistics, Accounting, SCHENKER and 小傅
- GOH BIG BOX ITEM
- Goods Summary

Goods Export:
- Collect International Transfer information from Buyers and Shops
- Make Cross-company Excel, COMMERCIAL INVOICE and AIR Booking SCHENKER
- Output HANDLING LIST and PROFOMA INVOICVES from SAP
- Arrange pick-up with Ben
- Send Packing Lists to Jack
- Arrange customs clearance with 小傅
- Send PRE-ALERT email to destination countries
- Send Commercial Invoice and Declaration to Accounting Team

Others:
- UPS Goods Import
- Duty payment
- Calculate EDI total payment and send email to Accounting Team 举报 分享
