工作内容:
◆组织领导公司的财务、成本、预算、会计核算监督及财务分析等方面的工作；；
◆主持建立和完善公司财务管理制度及相应工作流程，制定和管理税收政策程序及方案；
◆把握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况，拟定或规划资金筹措及资本运作方案；
◆组织编制预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、财务报告和会计报表；
◆负责组织实施内部审计并配合外部审计工作；
◆协调公司同税务、工商、银行等外联部门的关系；
◆完成总经理交办的其他工作；
任职资格:
教育背景:
◆会计、财务等相关专业大学本科以上学历。
培训经历:
◆受过会计学、管理学、经济法、企业运营流程等方面的培训。
经 验:
◆5年以上财务管理工作经验， 3年以上大中型企业财务管理工作经验，有中级会计师以上职称。
技能技巧:
◆有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验； ；
◆熟悉国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
◆熟悉国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
◆流利的中英文表达能力；
◆熟练操作财务软件和办公软件。
