Main Responsibilities:

Master and maintain the assigned processing equipments as well as coaching other laboratory technicians.

Develop facilities and technology in line with industrial standards.

Demonstrating test method/technology to other technicians and customers.

Establish new test method and commission of new equipment or optimized machine.

Communicate & report internally findings and progress with other laboratory.

Manage that materials and samples are properly identified and stored in a manner consistent with good materials handling, and lab inventory practices.

Qualification Requirements:

化工材料本科学历及以上；

至少五年以上涂料研发及质检工作经验；

必须拥有团队管理经验；

积极主动，能承受工作压力；

能够独立完成工作并带领团队成员达到目标；

具团队合作精神；

良好的口头和书面专业英语技巧尤佳。

Bachelor degree or above in chemical.

Minimum of 5 years experience in managing chemical laboratory, previous working experience in coatings industrial is preferred.

Excellent command of cooperation and communication skill.

Self-motivated and team player.

Good written and verbal English skills,

Good PC skills - Microsoft Word and Excel.
