职位描述：

1.Stick to Standard handling procedure

2.Documents filing

3.Daily communication with vendors to handle inquiry

4.Others duties as assigned

主要工作职责：

1..Contact vendor to obtain required shipping details

2..Arrange freight receiving & CLP

3..Prepare House billing of Lading, FCR

4..Release HBL,FCR to vendor when all requirement have been met

5.Prepare and submit OB/L material to ocean carriers

6.Input data and transmit pre-alert to overseas office

7.Issue the invoices billing & prepare the payment request

8.Follow ISO requirement

任职要求：

1.College degree

2. 2 year ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry

Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)

3.Fair English.Good typing skill,Good MS office software application

4.Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.Basic Customer service sense and skill
