Responsibility Level:

Implement plant internal and external Quality Management System audit, focus on the improvement of the QMS by finding the weakness in the QMS and push its correct and prevent,to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of quality management system.

Typical Duties:

? Organize internal and external quality audit.
? Do preparation before audit. (Include prepare of checklist & record sheet, read the previous audit findings and its corrective actions. etc.)
? Do internal audit according to the audit schedule. Record the audit evidence. Communicate with the process owner and the representative about the audit findings.
? Check the effect of the corrective and preventive actions to the nonconformities.
? Other task assigned by managers

Lead Auditor's Responsibilities:
? All the above items.
? Make audit plan, arrange the audit tasks.
? Call opening meeting and close meeting.
? Lead the internal audit and get the audit conclusion.
? Prevent and solve the conflict happen or potentially happen in audit.
? Write Audit Report
Requirements:
? Personnel Characteristics: Be independent, sensitive, communicative and open minded
? Knowledge & Skills: (see attachment)
Understand audit scope, rules and audit procedure, audit skills and organization's operation and relative statutory. Understand customer special requirements.
Skills of quality method and technology (glossary, quality tools, quality management principles)
Have the knowledge associated to the audited area (glossary, technology characteristics of the process or products, industry traditions)
? Education, Experience and Training:
Bachelor degree or above
More than 3 years' quality system management experience in automotive field
Completed ISO/TS16949 internal auditor training, with internal auditor certificate at least;
Good oral English and written English skills.
