About Tax
At PwC, Tax is far more than just taxes. We are business advisors to our clients on their business strategies and implementation, from advising on government policies, free trade zones, and legal services to multinational company entry strategies. We help clients create high-performing businesses that set the pace for the industry. We use our knowledge and experience to help private and public sectors to understand complex tax rules and make informed decisions, help organisations and individuals maximise their tax efficiency and manage their tax risks, and offer a range of business-focused core legal services offered by our recently introduced Legal Services in China.


Job responsibilities:

· Work with a team to devise solutions to complex transfer pricing issues faced by multinational corporations
· Analyze the economics of a client’s related party transactions
· Interview client personnel to identify functions and risks relevant to the engagement objectives
· Design and use advanced spreadsheet models to measure and compare inter-company results
· Apply statistical tools to establish the sensitivity of inter-company pricing strategies to relevant macro and micro-economic factors
· Conduct and write industry research studies
· Supervise the work of junior staff member within the group

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Finance/ Japanese language
· Relevant experience in transfer pricing for around 2 yrs either in an accounting firm or industry is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, Korean is a plus
· Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and a general aptitude for quantitative analysis
· A team player with good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills; and
· Self-initiated with result-oriented
